When It’s Time for a Change (from a service provider’s perspective)

By March 16, 2022lifestyle

You’ve been mulling it over. You’re 85% sure you want to break up with one of your personal service providers, but you’re not sure how to proceed.

Let me share with you, three questions a good friend shared with me, to aid in decision making and/or sticky situations:

1) Is it true?
2) Is it necessary?
3) Is it kind?

If it’s true, for whatever reason you desire a change, and if it’s necessary for your peace of mind, happiness or evolution ….¬†remember, this is ultimately about what YOU want.

And if you’ve handled the situation with kindness, honesty and respect, that’s all one could ask.

As an ‘in-home’ personal trainer and personal stylist for the last 25 years, I’ve had my fair share of break-ups and rejection.

But here’s the truth – and the hidden beauty behind it:
if I’m no longer the ‘right’ fit for my client, then they’re no longer the best client for me.¬†

So even if they didn’t feel like it at the time, the break-ups were a win-win.

They enabled my clients to evolve, while opening new doors of opportunity for me.

I hope that helps you!
